The 3 piece pattern is a fun and different project. Seemless. Worked in rounds.
Use a light, airy yarn as Scheepjes Merino Soft (Brush). See the box below. It will give you a great set for Spring, Fall, and cold Summer days.
The pattern is based on a stitch pattern 'Little Flames' that adds a nice texture to the items and also has a wonderful drape and stretchiness.
The pattern here is using a bigger hook. Size 8mm (US L-11, UK 0) and I believe the large hook makes it fairly easy to do.

Yarn
Scheepjes Merino Soft (Brush) yarn is Worsted (9wpi), 50% Merino, 25% Microfiber,
25% Acrylic · 105m/50gr (115y/1.76oz). Approximate yarn usage, with the recommended
yarn and gauge is 5 yarn balls of the Merino Soft Brush.
